I want some food and beverages that will keep my energy levels up the whole weekend for the tournament.
when i used to play soccer on a saturday, i went on a strict diet from thursday, lots of carbohydrates thursday, less friday and then on the day, one litre of water for hydration and energy also and banana. what you eat 2 day before a match is more important than what you eat on the day

Hmm.
At my tournament I got through the first four matches.
I was really tired after my second, becuase he was a really advanced player and I don’t think I’ve ever played so well in my life.
Afterwards, I drank almost an entire Gatorade [and this was after I finished my water].
I don’t eat much while I’m playing, but I have to say
WATER WATER WATER
&& Gatorade :]
And fruit’s good.
