Americans have the most expensive pee in the world because we spend so much money on extra protein supplements and such. In reality, your body only needs so much protein and once it reaches that limit, it is only excreted in your urine. Protein drinks and supplements are a waste as long as you eat meat. You usually get more than enough protein for one day just by eating one hamburger.

Hey BEER, WINE& SPIRITS! only the topic didnt say tree huggin hippies apply here. its about the drinks aka cocktails. mood enchances. personality adjuster. Leg openers. duh. excuse me can you point me to the library? oh unless your talkin bout red bull and vodka, no thats a good drink. or my fav. over on the westside. BLACK MAGIC. red bull and Black vodka, does the trick but they only let you have 3 of em. after they cut off. once I got 5 of em . lost all memory of the night.

i am more likely to purchase a protein drink i like that, i drink those once in a while.
