I tried the patches once with a free sample ( ask the store they may have some too) .. THe patches came out very dark and taccy,.. felt like they did something, and i will buy more to find out, – i thought they needed more than one go,
Whats money for it not spending?!- its better than spending money on fast food, or pharma crap….

I actually do the detox thru a foot bath at a local health food center here. and while I have not tried the foot pads I have heard others say they work a small amount. I know when I use the foot bath here there is about 2 gallons of water and at the end of half hour it has turned 3 different colours which means toxins coming from different organs. The water is sludgy and smells like heck. i feel totally engergized and breathe better . All body functions are better and it helps a sluggish digestive system to clean out. I pay 30 dollars for half hour here in Alberta and do it once a month. It is easier on you than the detox teas and drinks. As you just sit there with your feet in the machine and water and read a book. take a pinch of salt after wards with plenty of water to continue to flush all toxins. some hairdressing shops sell the pads and for the amount they want for them and the amount of toxins they remove I felt the bath was a better buy.

Do those kinoki foot pads for detoxifying your body actually work?
Has anyone used them and noticed any type of positive results, be it with your energy or appearance etc? I want to know before I decide to buy them
