I have drank Ensure before and didn’t gain any fat
Ensure is a nutrional drink. basically for people that don’t eat all the time like me. Ensure is to help you. And power bars ae suppose to help as well

Ensure is NOT an energy drink. It’s basically a high calorie supplement for people that can’t or don’t eat enough. It’s consumed mostly by older people with health problems that can’t stomach enough food to sustain them or people on chemo that are too nauseous from treatment to eat properly. Yes, it will make you gain weight. That’s what it’s for.

well yes it can. if your are not exersizing but if your are exersizing than not it can not.

yes, anything can if you don't eat/drink in moderation. energy drinks and power bars are loaded with calories and carbohydrates.

Yes, if you don't work out with them or if you over eat them. Depending on what kind they do have a lot of carbs and calories.

Yes, look at the calories and fat content. Just like anything else you can't eat too many of them or drink too many of the milkshakes.

You should only eat/drink them if you are working out or low on energy…
