i bought the 6 hour power bottle thing ( red one)
im 14 im pretty healthy and i drink alot of water.
im only gonna drink a quarter of it ust a little bit , because tomorrow im running a 800 mitter dash and so i need energy ,
do you think i should do it
i mean my breakfast FREAKING healthy, my lunch FREAKING HEALTYH its after school so after lunch all i drink is wwater and thats it so do you think i should take it ?
