Get pork rinds and eat them with tuna salad. Steak for dinner. Make a huge sugar free cheese cake for dessert. Eat so much you won’t feel deprived of anything. By the fourth day, your addiction will be gone and you can start making healthy choices.
High insulin levels unbalance other hormones. Controlling your insulin level will balance out other hormones & allow human growth hormone (HGH) to be produced naturally so you will gain lean muscle even without exercise. Any exercise will greatly increase your muscle mass with high HGH levels.
Once you get near your goal, you start adding 5 carbs every 3 days til you gain weight, then you subtract 10 carbs. That would give you your personal carb level (everyone is different and it depends on how active you are.) As long as you remain <9 carbs per hour, you will maintain insulin control, and shouldn’t gain weight. Many people gain weight on high carb, then switch to low carb to lose weight & then are shocked when they return to high carb that they gain weight. Many people can return to moderate carb levels but very few can really eat all they want of sugar and maintain weight or health.
Dr.Atkins was a cardiologist, low carb was a health plan easier sold as a "diet" Read any of his books for easily understandable science. Lutz "Life without Bread" & Taubes "Good calorie, bad calorie" are excellent books that dispel all the nutrition myths.

well, sorry to tell you that there’s no easy way or a fast way to lose weight. i’m trying to lose weight this summer too. the only way is to eat low fat and healthy food, exercise, and sleep more (yes, at least 8 hrs of sleep per day because not enough stress can lead to an increase of stress hormone in your body, which retains fat in your belly!!). losing weight needs a lot of determination and self control. i have none. that’s why i’m still overweight. don’t listen to people who tell you to go on a diet (atkin’s, etc) because once you go back to your regular diet, you’ll gain weight like there’s no tomorrow. that’s because if you "starve" your body from certain nutrients (eg carbohydrate) for a long time, your body thinks that you’re in starvation so the next time you drink a soda or eat a pizza, your body will absorb all the carbohydrate like a sponge. the key is balance! set a goal, plan out your meals, stick to it. determination and self control!!

my whole family is the right weight probably cuz I’m Asian. eat lots of veggies. cut down on meat, human bodies were made for veggies, not meat. i eat practically no snack, no ice cream or candy whatsoever. i go swimming and i play ping-pong every day. do "deep" push ups. u should do push ups so that ur chest, but not ur whole body, touch the ground. if u can do 25, thats good. crunches are not as useful as sit ups in my opinion. lie down, pun ur hands behind ur head, and just do sit ups. i doubt its genetics. do not take pills, do not diet. dieting doesn’t work… just don’t eat junk food, eat lots of veggies, cut down on meat, exercise the right way. If u HAVE to have a snack. Eat fruit, veggies dipped in ranch if u want. U can occasionally eat a bag of chips or crackers. Graham Crackers are good, i like them. If u go swimming (i reccomend it) my dad forces me to swim 25 laps before i can go play. breaststroke, then 10 laps freestyle. You get used to it later on. again, don’t eat pills, or go on diets or whatever, thats not the right way.

then start working out when you get the hang of it.

Not shure… maybe you could walk the more you can… don’t take your car to go marketing if the supermarket is close… go to the park at least one day per week… do at least 30 min of physical exercise daily(that’s what my doctor told me). There’s the best part, so easy but so hard for some ppl. Drink water, not juices… not even 100% pure juices… You may drink juices or anything when you may be on parties or on a trip but you’ve only got juice with you… The most healthily part. Don’t eat ’till you feel you can’t eat anymore. You have to feel a Very small hunger but it has to be very low!!! Easy to use, you loose weight very easily
