I work a lot and sometimes I literally go to work 7 hours after I get off the night before. Sometimes my shifts are as long as 10 or 11 hours in length and I usually consume 1 or 2 energy drinks to wake me up and when I need to power through to the end. I know how bad energy drinks can be if consumed regularly, but its the easiest way for me to wake up. I hate coffee, and I just need an easy alternative.

I work with a buy who drinks 2 sometimes 3 Monster energy drinks a day. I keep telling him he’ll probably get kidney stones. Other than getting an upset stomach though, he never seems to be seriously affected. Am I wrong?
