		<description>Why do you want to be bigger? Usually it is the opposite! I want to lose weight! 

Right now I am getting bigger too, but I am a female bodybuilder and vegan. Protein bars are needed in between meals/ or protein drinks (usually pea, hemp, or brown rice protein powder). I have found that peanut or almond butter with anything is also a great way to add the weight (no bake almond bars are awesome).

And another suggestion is to eat mini meals every 2 to 3 hours. I don&#039;t like to eat alot a one time because digestion is hard on my stomache, so I will eat just a sandwich, veggies, juice, at a mealtime and then cereal with rice milk at the next mealtime. This way my stomache can stay small and I can digest most of the food I eat (alot of fiber for us vegans!).&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
