I drink it during work and when i need to stay up doing work. Since I don't exercise as much as I used to, I don't have time to burn off all the calories that Red bull, monster and volt has. These are 16 oz. cans. I don't have a diploma, but about 70 college credits over the years. I'm 45, male, and like the "OK, ....what to do next" attitude the drinks give me -- my eyes feel puffy and wide-eyed -- but otherwise I'm just "stoked" to accomplish things in my day.
