i drink any type of them. im 13, a guy, and i have a good education grades in the 90s. i recently heard that the stuff in them is bad and causes heart attacks so im gonna stop drinking them. also i can drink as many energy drinks as i want and they will have no energetic affect on my body idk why, i just drink them because of their taste

Since I don’t exercise as much as I used to, I don’t have time to burn off all the calories that Red bull, monster and volt has. XS has only 8 calories and no carbs or sugar which is good for younger kids too.
