I always hear about the short term problems but to put it simply I don’t care, if it’s a problem that can and will be solved once you stop drinking them then it really doesn’t matter to me.
I want to know if there are any long term negative side affects of energy drinks.
Besides teeth, that’s the same with every sugary drink.
The same reason about the teeth is the same reason you can eventually come down with diabetes. There is alot of sugar in most energy drinks. That is usually what gives you that initial rush. That is also what drains your body of natural adrenalin. You want a really good energy rush, hype yourself up. Breathe heavy and bounce up and down for a few seconds, or just take a couple of adderall.
