these crazy energy drinks. are these the same as drinking mt. dew, or coffee, in terms of simply drinking lots of caffiene? or am I really taking in all these other substances that make a difference? is this basically just a caffienated beverage?

no read your labels i read it and its mainly made out of carbon water…my health teacher once told me that if u want to find out whats inside of your food than you read your labels and you will know what they use most to least..
